My tasks

1. YMCA Citrus (2015 – 2016) Design of a 30,000 SF YMCA, including architecture and interior design scope – Lecanto, FL.
   

   • Project Manager and Designer, programming

   • Create drawings from schematic through construction documents. Creation of 3D max renderings of interior and exterior views for color boards, client review and future marketing use.

   • Interior materials and lighting selections

   • Coordination with MEP engineers and Civil engineer.

   • Attend client meeting, presentations of finishes and final interior design construction administration

   • Work below executed while working for Fleischman Garcia Architects
