    • Architecture design and Interior design space planning for working stations, administration offices, collaborative working spaces, conference rooms, commercial kitchen and the Emergency Management Center.   1. Jewish Community Center Armory (2014-2016) – 110,000 AF Interior renovation of old historical Fort Homer Hesterly Armory, Tampa, FL

    • Space planning of complex program that includes: event center with complete commercial kitchen, fitness center (gym, lockers, cafeteria, massage center, running track, basketball courts), Teens area, and art center, Lighting design, finishes selection, color boards

    • Clients meetings to implement all selections, constant communications with contractor.

    • Furniture procurement, textile selections and vendors coordination

    • Construction Administration tasks, RFI, change order, visits to sites coordination with fabricators, graphic designers, future administration personnel.


  1. YMCA Citrus (2015 – 2016) Design of a 30,000 SF YMCA, including architecture and interior design scope – Lecanto, FL.

    • Project Manager and project Designer, work through all phases of design.

    • Create drawings from schematic through construction documents. Creation of 3D max renderings of interior and exterior views for color boards, client review and future marketing use.

    • Creation of complete set of construction documents and specifications for permit

    • Interior materials and lighting selections

    • Coordination with MEP engineers and Civil engineer.


  1. Florida College Campus Center (2016) – New 35,000 SF architectural and interior design of Student Center at Florida College Campus, that includes administration offices, student study areas, cafeteria and kitchen, bookstore and recreation student areas. Temple Terrace, FL.

    • Work hand in hand with the architect to create a traditional flair for space but also conducive to attract the new generation of student.

    • Production from schematic design to final construction permit drawings, including specifications.

    • Space planning, finishes selection, furniture selection and procurement

    • Creation of 3D max exterior renderings for client approval and marketing efforts. Creation of all color boards and interior views for final client selection approval.
