My tasks

1. Florida College Campus Center (2016- in progress) – New 35,000 SF architectural and interior design of Student Center at Florida College Campus, that includes administration offices, student study areas, cafeteria and kitchen, bookstore and recreation student areas. Temple Terrace, FL.
   

   • Work hand in hand with the architect to create a traditional flair for space but also conducive to attract the new generation of student.

   • Space planning, finishes selection, furniture selection and procurement

   • Creation of 3D max exterior renderings for client approval and marketing efforts. Creation of all color boards and interior views for final client selection approval.
