Space planning of complex program that includes: event center with complete commercial kitchen, fitness center (gym, lockers, cafeteria, massage center, running track, basketball courts), Teens area, and art center, Lighting design, finishes selection, color boards
Clients meetings to implement all selections, constant communications with contractor.
Furniture procurement, textile selections and vendors coordination
Construction Administration tasks, RFI, change order, visits to sites coordination with fabricators, graphic designers, future administration personnel.
